Terms and Conditions2. Registration is at the discretion of citywide estates & letting who reserve the right to remove entries if deemed appropriate.
3. Registration will last 3 weeks from the initial date of registration. Thereafter, an email will be issued to the registrants email address if they wish to re-apply.
4. SMS alerts will be sent when new properties are added to the database or existing properties amended (at the letting agent's discretion) which match the selected requirements of registrant (as specified in the application form).
citywide endeavour to publish detailed property information both in online schedules and in basic details issued by SMS. citywide will not be held responsible for errors which are later corrected by the letting agent or landlord.
This service is used at your own discretion for information purposes only. citywide will not be held responsible for incorrect property search data entered by the registrant which results in no SMS text alerts being issued.
Registrants are solely responsible for the content entered in the application form.
If contacting citywide in response to an SMS alert, the cost of this call or text message will be met by the registrant. Only the issuing of SMS alerts FROM citywide is free.
